BACOLOD City – He was already in the state of decomposition when found, police said.
Jorge Villanueva, who was reportedly an employee of a local paper, was discovered dead inside his house in Barangay Bata on late Monday evening, added the police.
Scene of the crime operatives responded to the area and were still determining what caused Villanueva’s death.
Police have yet to rule out foul play./PN
