ILOILO City – Police from San Enrique, Iloilo served an inmate in a jail facility in Bacolod City a warrant of arrest.
Rhugie Bello, 43, was wanted for a frustrated homicide charge in connection with an incident in San Enrique.
He was listed as the No. 6 most wanted person in the San Enrique municipal police station.
Bello was already detained at the Metro Bacolod District Jail in Barangay Handumanan, Bacolod City. It was not immediately clear what his offense was.
Officers from the San Enrique police station served him the warrant at 11 a.m. on Monday.
The court set the bail bond for his temporary liberty at P24,000./PN
