BACOLOD City – The No. 1 most wanted person in this city charged with rape was arrested in Barangay South Poblacion, Naga City, Cebu at around 6:20 p.m. on Jan. 24.
The 29-year-old suspect, Reymar Q. Ababa, was a resident of Calatrava town, Negros Occidental.
He was arrested by joint elements of Police Station 6, Naga City Police Station, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group 7, and Regional Intelligence Unit 7.
Judge Juvy Dioso of the Regional Trial Court – Branch 49, issued the arrest warrant on Nov. 15, 2022.
The court recommended no bail for Ababa, who is being detained at the Naga City Police Station./PN
