BACOLOD City – A 42-year-old man killed himself in his house in Purok Tara 1, Barangay Taloc, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Walter Montaño Elma committed suicide by hanging. He tied electrical cables around his neck around 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
Elma was declared dead in a hospital in Bago City. Initial police investigation showed the man was beset by family problems./PN
