BACOLOD City – Charged with rape by sexual assault, a laborer was nabbed in Barangay Pacol, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the suspect as 49-year-old resident Ramil Rojo.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:05 p.m. on Feb. 1.
Rojo was detained in the lockup facility of the Bago City police station.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
