ROXAS City – The hospital chief of Bailan District Hospital tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Dr. Ma. Venus Loretizo was asymptomatic and currently on strict home quarantine, said Capiz governor Esteban Evan Contreras.
Despite this, Contreras said, Bailan District Hospital won’t be locked down.
