ILOILO City – Charged with frustrated homicide, a resident of Jaro district had been arrested.
Randy Celestre of Barangay Balabago, Jaro was detained in the custodial facility of the district police station.
Officers served the 33-year-old with a warrant of arrest in the village at 11:20 a.m. on April 11, a police report showed.
The court set the bail bond for his temporarily liberty at P24,000.
As of this writing, it was not immediately clear if the suspect had posted bail./PN
