BACOLOD City – A banana vendor had been shot in Barangay Mandalagan.
Police said the attack appeared random but they continue to investigate.
Lorenzo Purisima of Barangay Kumaliskis, Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental, was confined in a private hospital here.
Purisima, 47, was sitting at his stand when an unidentified armed motorcycle-riding person fired at him on Feb. 17, Police Station 3 said./PN
