ILOILO City – For not paying their bills, two videoke bar customers landed in jail.
The owner of the videoke bar in Mandurriao district placed under citizen’s arrest Jury Taclina, 36, and Neptali Bugna, 45.
Both face an estafa case for not paying their bill amounting to P4,549.
The suspects were detained at the Mandurriao police station./PN
