BACOLOD City – Alfredo Hulleza – the barangay kagawad who accused Vice Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson of being an illegal drug protector – was tagged as a suspect in a harassment incident in Barangay San Isidro, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
Five people claimed six armed men barged into a machine shop they were staying at around 3 a.m. on Friday.
Sitio Cabasintero, Barangay San Isidro residents Lady Lisa Domingo, 32, Vicente Celino, 51, Archie Villarin, 24, Rose Marie Celino, 46, and Angel Grace Celino, 20, alleged that the armed men were led by Hulleza, a village councilman of Barangay Bantayanon, Calatrava.
Hulleza cannot be reached for comment as of this writing.
They were sleeping when the armed men entered the machine shop and tied Vicente and Villarin using a cable wire.
The men then questioned them, accused them of keeping firearms and illegal drugs, and took away their cellphones.
They also forcibly entered Domingo’s house by destroying the door. When they found nobody was there, the men left.
According to the victims, they noticed a person had been watching them at the machine shop prior to the incident.
Officers from the Calatrava police station were investigating the incident./PN
