ILOILO City – He was listed as the No. 2 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
The 50-year-old Jove Causing was caught in Barangay City Heights, General Santos City, a police report showed.
Causing – resident of Barangay Ugasan, Barotac Viejo – had been hiding from the police for about four years, the report added.
His apprehension on Tuesday was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant in relation to a murder charge he faces.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the General Santos City Police Office Station 4 and set to be transferred to the Barotac Viejo police station this week.
No bail bond was recommended for Causing’s temporary liberty./PN
