BACOLOD City – A 30-year-old beautician and makeup artist was a “high-value target” in the police’s campaign against illegal drugs.
Alvin “Princess China” Albino of Barangay Batuan, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental was arrested in a buy-bust operation at around 12:25 p.m. Monday.
Albino allegedly sold a plastic pack of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P300 on Gurrea Street, Uriarte Subdivision, Barangay 3, La Carlota City.
Four more plastic packs of the same substance weighing around 0.47 grams with an estimated market value of P2,000 were seized from him.
Albino has previously turned himself in to the authorities as part of Oplan Tokhang, said Chief Inspector Romeo Vargas, La Carlota police head.
