BACOLOD City – A beggar was struck by a speeding motorcycle on Lopez Jaena Street here.
Officers of Police Station 4 only identified the victim as a certain “Berto” from Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
He sustained fatal injuries after the accident around 8:25 p.m. on Dec. 5.
According to police investigators, Berto was crossing the road when hit by a motorcycle with a lady back rider.
As of this writing, policemen have yet to identify the suspects, who fled after the incident./PN
