ILOILO City – A man was nabbed in Barangay Bonifacio Drive after he failed to appear in court for a hearing.
The 20-year-old Tyron Paul Diopita of Barangay Don Esteban, Lapuz district was served a bench warrant on Wednesday.
Diopita faces a frustrated murder charge, a police report showed.
He was detained in the Iloilo City Police Station 1 lockup cell.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
