ILOILO City – For failing to attend his court hearing, a 30-year-old man was arrested yesterday in Barangay Poblacion, Concepcion, Iloilo.
Bryan Tamagos of Victorias City, Negros Occidental was charged with violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, a police report showed.
Police arrested him through a bench warrant around 10 a.m.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
