ILOILO City – A 15-storey residential-commercial condominium building will soon rise in this southern city.
Bernwood Tower, the first vertical project of the Eon Group’s Real Estate Division, will be gearing up for construction this month as Eon Realty and Development Corp. (ERDC) signed the contract with its general contractor A.C.Tajanlangit Construction Builders and Development Corp. (ACT-CBDC) on Feb. 14, 2021 at Eon Centennial Plaza Hotel, Iloilo City.
Mr. Felix Tiu, chairman, and Mr. Eon Tiu, president/chief executive officer, signed the contract for the Eon Group of Companies-ERDC while Mr. Anthony Allan Tajanlangit, president/CEO, and Engr. Joel Pingoy, chief operating officer, represented ACT-CBDC.
Mr. Eon Tiu, on his message, lauded the leadership of his parents Felix and Bernadette Chavez-Tiu as he affirmed ECG’s growth in the years to come.
NEW HOME IN THE CITY OF LOVE
Bernwood Tower – which will be located at Doña Aurora Subdivision in Barangay Villa Anita, Iloilo City – will be home of 379 residential units and commercial spaces on its ground floor.
Of the residential units, 53 are studio-type units and 26 are two-bedroom suites.
The fully-furnished units will come with free air conditioning unit, complete toilet accessories with hot and cold shower, floor tiles, key card door access, wardrobe, cupboard, and kitchen counter.
The tower will feature a penthouse giving space for a pavillion, infinity pool and gym for unit owners to enjoy.
Its ground floor will soon have spaces for lease, a plus to easy access on necessities.
On a brighter note, Ms. Bernadette Chavez-Tiu, vice president for Real Estate, shared at least 80 percent of the units were already sold.
The project’s completion date would be around October of 2023.
