These people are more likely opportunistic burglars trying to take advance of the COVID-19 pandemic, said Police Lieutenant Colonel Joem Malong, PRO-6 spokesperson.

They could be robbers out to loot your house, she added.

The PRO-6 issued this warning in anticipation of such a possibility.

“Bisan wala pa sang na-record diri sa aton sang amo sina nga incident, naga-warn na kita nga daan. Local governments are not deploying teams or persons for house-to-house disenfection,” stressed Malong.
