BACOLOD City – A 50-year-old man was killed when his bicycle crashed against a tricycle around 7 a.m. on Monday on Burgos Street, Barangay Granada.
Rolando Padernal, a resident of Purok Arao, Barangay Vista Alegre, sustained head injuries and was immediately brought to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital. He was declared dead around 10 a.m. on the same day.
Police said tricycle driver Jonathan Omadlaw, 35, of Stone Haven, Barangay Granada, accidentally bumped the rear wheel of the bicycle.
Omadlaw sustained a minor head injury./PN
