ILOILO City – A 35-year-old resident of Barangay Bitoon, Jaro district complained to Police Station 1 that four men mauled him.
Jomel Crispe, however, identified only one of the four suspects – Rolen Hervilla.
He was attacked on Quezon Street, Barangay Osmeña, City Proper around 11:30 on Nov. 12, claimed Crispe. He showed to the police the cuts and bruises he sustained.
The four fled after mauling him, said Crispe.
He had no idea why he was attacked, the complainant said./PN
