BLIND ITEM NO. 1: A school-based basketball team official was very indignant as one of his key players negotiated a transfer to another school-based team without even informing him.
A source told the Buzzer Beater on Thursday the team official felt he was disrespected and blindsided by the move of the player aided by the latter’s relatives.
“Galit na galit si team official dahil nabastusan siya sa ginawa ng player niya. Hindi naman kasi hahadlang si team official kung gusto talaga ni player lumipat eh. Kaso ano naman ‘yung magpasintabi siya. Hindi naman kasi biglaan ang desisyon na paglipat ni player eh. Kasisimula pa lang ng taon pasimple nang pumunta si player at ang relatives niya dun sa school na paglilipatan niya para magnegosasyon,” the source said.
The source added: “Ang plano ata nila ay gugulatin na lang si team official na lilipat na siya (player) dahil halos plantsado na ang lahat. Sa katunayan ay baka nandun na si player sa bago niyang school kung hindi lang nagkaroon ng COVID (coronavirus disease 2019).”
“Respeto na lang din sana kay team official kasi siya ang naka-discover kay player mula sa pinanggalingan niya. Binigay ni team official ang lahat ng pangangailangan niya (player) tapos ganun ganun na lang? Mali ‘yon,” the source concluded.

BLIND ITEM NO. 2: A prominent personality who was the talk of the town recently will soon bid goodbye to the caprice of personally watching his alma mater compete in a popular collegiate tournament in the country.
Another source said to the Buzzer Beater that school officials of where the prominent personality graduated have taken offense on what he uttered in a public engagement.
“Hindi nagustuhan ng school officials ‘yung pinagsasabi ni (prominent personality) kaya sisiguraduhin daw nila na hindi na siya makakakuha ng game tickets kapag may laban,” said the source.
“Ang dating kasi sa kanila dito siya (prominent personality) sa university na ito nag-graduate pero parang kinakalaban niya ito,” added the source. “‘Di bale. Pwede naman siya manood sa TV ng games at dun na lang siya sumigaw ng ‘congratulations!’”/PN
