ILOILO City – A boardinghouse owner accused her tenant of vandalizing and abandoning her rented room on R. Mapa Street, Barangay Old Airport, Mandurriao district.
Ariane Jay Demayo, 37, identified the tenant as 41-year-old Anna Carmina Garcia, 41.
At the Mandurriao police station, Demayo complained that Garcia also failed to pay her rent reaching P97,172.
According to Demayo, Garcia was no longer in the boardinghouse when she checked her out on April 27, 2017.
What further dismayed her was the vandalized state of her boardinghouse, the owner told the police.
As of this writing, Garcia’s whereabouts were unknown./PN
