Bohol town’s No. 1 fugitive nabbed in Iloilo

ILOILO – After six years in hiding, the No. 1 most wanted person in the municipality of Loboc in the province of Bohol was arrested in Barangay Agsirab, Lambunao, Iloilo at about 4 p.m. on Friday, May 5.

Alias “Graciano”, 44, and a laborer, is a resident of Candabong, Loboc.

Two arrest warrants for acts of lasciviousness were served by the Lambunao Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by Police Major Jogen Suegay, together with the Loboc MPS, Bohol provincial police, and Police Regional Office 7-Central Visayas.

Bail bonds for the suspect’s temporary liberty were set at P200,000 and P36,000, respectively.

“Nakalab-ot ini [suspect] siya sa Lambunao kay may pamilya man siya diri pero taga didto gid ina siya sa Bohol,” said Police Staff Sergeant Jese Fusin of the Lambunao MPS in a phone interview with Panay News.

He added: “Wala na-specify kung ano relationship niya sa victim pero ang biktima is minor kay may [Republic Act] 7610 siya nga charges for child abuse,”

The suspect was turned over to the Bohol police./PN
