ILOILO City – She was collecting bets for the illegal numbers game “bookies” when she was arrested, a police report showed.
Police identified her as the 47-year-old Rowena Paclibar of Barangay Quinolpan, San Enrique, Iloilo .
Paclibar was caught at around 6:20 a.m. on Saturday in Barangay Gines Nuevo, San Enrique.
Recovered from her possession were P40 gambling money and gambling paraphernalia./PN
