HAVE you heard of the freshman “beach thirst” quencher offering a lavish Boracay view with top-notch hospitality yet?
Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan offers one of the world’s most pristine white beaches and perfect go-to spots that will imbibe lots of positive energy in your sun-kissed-ready bodies.
But you would not want to miss Boracay’s newest treasure – not only because of its picturesque sea-trees view but also the excellent landscape – Boracay Newcoast!
The 150-hectare township is the first and only master-planned integrated tourism estate that makes up 12 percent of the island’s total area.
This sprawling township features top-rated Boracay hotels, condominium clusters, luxury resorts, residences, and other commercial spaces spread throughout an estate filled with lush greenery, open spaces, ocean views, and exclusive beachfront access.
Boracay Newcoast, being developed by Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc., is surrounded by clear and turquoise waters. It’s perfect for those who crave relaxation!
Boracay Newcoast is composed of three coves spread out along various points of the beachfront property, with the keyhole rock formation visible from the shore.
WORKCATION-PERFECT
How would a workcation sound? Upcoming Zoom meetings? Overtime tasks? Boracay Newcoast is generous for all sorts of that!
“Boracay Newcoast has been developed during the past years into an exciting beach destination within Boracay Island. Particularly, we are promoting workcation in the beach. You work while having a vacation,” said Harold Geronimo, Megaworld’s senior assistant vice president and head of public relations and media affairs.
One of the many amenities being offered by Boracay Newcoast is the free wifi and available charging stations for laptops and cellphone in the beach front for work purposes.
Aside from that, convenience is just at arm’s length! The beach front is surrounded by kiosks where one can buy food, alcoholic drinks, cocktails, coffee, milk tea, and souvenirs.
While Newcoast is a little away from the main attraction, its beauty is just as refreshing as the Sibuyan Sea’s breeze that blows at the opposite.
How could you ask for more?
WHERE TO STAY
Speaking of accommodation, no worries! Boracay Newcoast has two well-equipped hotels that could accommodate hundreds of guests.
First is the Belmont Hotel near the beach front with over 400 rooms.
Each one boasts of top-tier amenities such as air-conditioning, wifi access, private toilet and bath, safety deposit box, with some suites offering balconies with island views.
Belmont Hotel has a swimming pool, wellness spa, and fitness center and it has also several dining options that include a pool bar.
Savoy Hotel speaks sophistication as it opened on June 1. It can cater to hundreds of guests, too. It has two swimming pools in the middle of the resort, one of which is the first and biggest concert pool arena in Boracay.
Other facilities include a gym, wellness spa, and dining options at the lobby lounge, in-house cafe, or pool bar. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioners, LED TV, private toilet with bath, and safety deposit box.
Another hotel near the two, the Chancellor’s Hotel, will also operate soon.
CONDOMINIUMS AND RESIDENTIAL VILLAGE, CONVENTION CENTER
Boracay Newcoast also offers clean and safe condominiums and residential village.
According to Geronimo, the Boracay Newcoast is the “only titled residential village” in the entirety of Boracay Island.
“When we talk about the tourism township, it’s not really urban development but actually comprises the component of residential. We have condominiums here and a village, the only titled residential village in the entire Boracay island,” he said.
A commercial area in Boracay Newcoast is also in the works, featuring shop houses and a boutique hotel district.
The construction of a 700-seater convention center is also ongoing. This is seen to cater to large conferences.
“Once we finish the commercial development here like the promenade, the shop house district and the boutique hotel district, this will be one vibrant community of people but a master plan version,” said Geronimo.
Boracay Newcoast has a sewerage system, all-solar lamp posts and LED lights.
E-bikes and e-tricycles are also available in the Boracay Newcoast should guests wish to indulge in the view around.
All entrances and exits are properly monitored by securities, thus the township is safe for all.
Above all, guests and visitors, including workers, are safe against COVID-19 as health protocols are always put in place./PN
