ILOILO City – A 10-year-old boy separated from his mother since birth is seeking to reconnect with her.
Jemery Cerbas Padillo was born in Passi City, Iloilo province in October 2007 but was raised by a benevolent uncle and aunt in Manila.
Knowing that his biological father is now deceased, it is Jeremy’s dream to find his mother, Myrna Pedemente Cerbas, whose last known address was Passi City.
Jeremy also wishes to get to know his other relatives in Iloilo.
He hopes people with compassionate hearts would help him make his wish come true.
