BACOLOD City – Antidrug personnel from Police Station 4 arrested a village watchman in Purok Mabinuligon, Barangay 19.
Richard Montoya was caught after he sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer on Saturday, a police report showed.
Recovered from Montoya’s possession were four sachets of suspected shabu, the report added.
According to the police, Montoya has been arrested for the same offense before.
He was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, were filed against him./PN
