ILOILO City – Late Wednesday night, a man from San Enrique, Iloilo was rushed to the Western Visayas Medical Center (WVMC) in Mandurriao district here.
The 25-year-old Aljun Jimenez of Barangay Dumiles, San Enrique sustained gunshot wounds. The suspect was his brother-in-law, Wilmen Celiarico, 34.
A 12-gauge shotgun was used on Jimenez, according to Chief Inspector Herman Celiz Jr., chief of the San Enrique police.
The shooting happened around 9:10 p.m. outside Jimenez’s house. He was checking who pelted his house with stone.
