Brothers listed as WV’s most wanted for murder

ILOILO City – Two brothers, who were identified as the region’s No. 8 and 9 most wanted persons for the crime of murder, were apprehended by the police of Hamtic town in the province of Antique.

They were identified as “Toto” and “Dada.”

The arrest took place around 12:21 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2, in Barangay Piapi II.

Hon. Mario De Guzman Andres, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 64 in Bugasong, Antique issued the warrant of arrest on Jan. 18, 2024, recommending no bail for the suspects’ temporary liberty.

Currently, “Toto” and “Dada” are under the custody of the Hamtic municipal police and will later be turned over to the court.
