MANILA – San Miguel Alab Pilipinas is set to possess a much needed fire in the 2019-2020 ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) courtesy of Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Kings’ resident import Justin Brownlee.

Alab Pilipinas team owner Charlie Dy confirmed the entry of the many-time PBA champion, replacing the ineffective Prince Williams.

Williams, who previously replaced Khalif Wyatt, played in six games for the Filipino ball club averaging just 9.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game.

For Brownlee, this will be his second time to suit up for Alab after pairing up with Renaldo Balkman during the 2017-18 ABL campaign. The duo lifted the Filipino side on top of the league.

The 6-foot-5 small forward averaged 21.9 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per contest during that title season.

He will link with Sam Deguara and Nick King as the world reinforcements of the squad.
Alab currently stands at second place in the table with a 9-5 record win-loss record./PN
