ILOILO City – Charged with attempted homicide and grave threats, a resident of Barangay Zaldivar, Buenavista, Guimaras was arrested.
Rolin Rafio was a 42-year-old resident of the barangay. He was taken to the municipal police station.
His arrest warrant was served by Buenavista policemen around 9 a.m. yesterday. It was issued by Judge Clarence Zerrudo of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court./PN
