BACOLOD City – A man faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
The 32-year-old Rodolph Noble was caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Mansilingan here on Aug. 30.
Seven sachets of alleged shabu were recovered from his possession around 9:30 p.m.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay 30, was taken to Police Station 8./PN
