BACOLOD City – Five sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P12,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 5, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The 42-year-old Edwin Jaud, 40-year-old Joebill Oliveros and 25-year-old Orly Panhay yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Jaud, Oliveros and Panhay were nabbed after they sold suspected shabu to an undercover cop around 2:35 a.m. on Sept 21, the report added.
A .38-caliber revolver and P600 cash were confiscated from their possession, police said. The motorcycle of Oliveros was also impounded.
The suspects were detained in the San Carlos City police station’s custodial facility, facing charges./PN
