ILOILO City – A 52-year-old person with disability told the police that a taxi driver denied him a ride.
Noel Tablazon, a resident of Zone 3, Barangay Divinagracia, La Paz district, said he hailed a “Santillan” taxi at around 6:30 a.m. on Monday.
He was about to board the car when the driver refused to take him in, Tablazon told the La Paz police.
The driver told him to get another taxi and then sped away, Tablazon said.
The complainant was not able to identify the driver but told the police the Santillan taxi had the body number 1934./PN
