BACOLOD City– In barangay in Magsaysay, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental two brothers were arrested.
Edgar Tapanan, 50, and Jerry, 48, both residents of the village, were facing charges for attempted murder, police said.
They were caught Tuesday morning on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 60 in Cadiz City dated Jan. 16, 2009.
The Tapanans were detained in the Cadiz City police station. A P200, 000 bail bond each was recommended for their temporary liberty./PN
