CADIZ City – This city’s No. 6 most wanted person has been arrested.
Richard Garcia, 26, was collared at Cadiz Heights, Barangay Tinampa-an on April 26.
The resident of Hacienda Purok, Sool, Barangay Daga was a murder suspect.
The warrant for his arrest (Criminal Case No. 18-6703-C) was issued on Jan. 9, 2019 yet by Executive Jude Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60.
Garcia was accused of stabbing an 18-year-old lad sometime in July 2018.
The court recommended no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Garcia was taken to the Cadiz City police station./PN
