BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No.2 most wanted person in the police station of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
The 20-year-old Nelver Ryan Ruiz was arrested in Barangay Zone 2, Cadiz City around 12:15 a.m. on July 13, a police report showed.
Ruiz – resident of Barangay Daga, Cadiz City – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court Branch 60 in Cadiz City in relation to a rape charge he faces.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Cadiz City police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
