BACOLOD City – A man was arrested for allegedly violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The 52-year-old resident Jaime Canete was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Saturday in Barangay 4, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Judge Gwendolyn Gimenea of the Regional Trial Court Branch 60 in Cadiz City issued the arrest warrant.
Canete was detained at the Cadiz City police station lockup facility.
A P60,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
