BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No. 8 most wanted person in the Calatrava municipal police station.
The 36-year-old Ernesto Bugto was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant for a murder charge on Thursday, a police report showed.
He was nabbed in Barangay Marcelo, Calatrava, Negros Occidental, the report added.
Bugto was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
