BACOLOD City – The provincial government of Negros Occidental purchased six new specialized ambulances.
According to Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson, these will be assigned under the 911 Emergency and Quick Response Hotline.
During the turnover yesterday morning, Lacson said the vehicles will be stationed in the cities of Cadiz, Silay, La Carlota, Kabankalan, and Valladolid town.
The new ambulances can be used for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) or non-COVID related incidents, Lacson said./PN
