Capiz cops receive Silver Eagle award

ROXAS City – The Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) was conferred with the “Silver Eagle Award” after fulfilling the proficiency stage of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule of Law (PATROL) Plan 2030.

The conferment of the proficient status and awarding ceremonies was held on May 27 at the Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) in Camp Martin Teofilo Delgado in Iloilo City.

PNP Directorial Staff Chief Police Lieutenant General Camilo Pancratius Cascolan was in the event.

In his message during the ceremony, Cascolan lauded and thanked the members of the advisory councils in the Western Visayas for their support to the PNP in attaining the police’s transformation program.

He also commended PRO-6 led by Brigadier General John Bulalacao for having police officers who are hard working.

He also noted the functional Technical Working Group and Police Strategy Management Unit including the all-out commitment of the police provincial directors in Western Visayas.

Meanwgile, CPPO director Colonel Canilo Fuentes expressed appreciation to the support and commitment of the members of the Provincial Advisory Council for Police Transformation and Development here led by businessman Ivan Chu.

He also thanked the municipal, city and public safety advisory councils in Capiz.

Fuentes vowed to work more to attain the “institutionalization stage,” which is the last stage of PNP’s Performance Governance System. (With PIA/PN)
