CAPIZ – A drinking session on Christmas Day proved fatal for a man in Barangay Bayuyan, President Roxas town.
The victim, Rodolfo Pastrana, was 28 years old. The suspect was his friend Manuel Beramo Jr., 42.
The shooting happened at around 2:05 a.m., according to the President Roxas police station.
Why Pastrana was shot remained unclear while this was being written. He died while being rushed to a hospital.
The suspect fled after the shooting but was apprehended by Pastrana’s relatives and hacked.
Beramo was brought to a hospital.
