ROXAS City – A homicide suspect in Dao, Capiz was arrested in Malate, a district in Manila.
Marvin Sion of Barangay Daplas, Dao was served with an arrest warrant by joint operatives of the Dao and Malate police stations.
The arrest warrant was issued by Presiding Judge Delano Villaruz of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 16 here.
After his arrest, Sion was taken to the Malate police station. He would be transported back to Dao, Capiz.
As this was being written, it was unclear if Sion was able to post bail for his temporary liberty.
The court recommended a bail bond of P40,000./PN
