CAPIZ – The provincial-level No. 7 most wanted person for four counts of rape and four counts of lascivious conduct was arrested by the Ivisan Municipal Police Station.
Alias “Rene” was served with an arrest warrant dated Jan. 24, 2023 at around 7:27 p.m. on Jan. 6 in Barangay Astorga, Dumarao town.
Hon. Eric Anthony A. Dumpilo, acting Presiding Judge, has set no bail for the four counts of rape and P200,000 each for the four counts of lascivious conduct charges./PN
