ROXAS City – A resident of Dumarao, Capiz working in Pakistan was found dead in her apartment there.
Shiela Montaño Huergula had been working in Pakistan since 2017.
Her sister Janice Sedenia, in an interview over radio station RMN here, said it was only on July 12 when the overseas Filipino worker contacted them.
They were told Huergula would be going home soon.
The next day, according to Sedenia, the Philippine Embassy contacted them that Huergula was found dead but the cause of death remained to be determined.
According to reports, Huergula’s body had bruises and fractures on the neck and a shoulder./PN
