ILOILO City – An eight-year-old boy got injured after a car hit him in Barangay Ma. Cristina, Jaro district.
Aljairo Gronopillo, a resident of the village, was currently recuperating at West Visayas State University Medical Center also in Jaro.
Both of his legs got fractured. He also sustained body bruises.
The incident happened around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Gronopillo was riding a kiddie scooter when the car driven by the 27-year-old Reymond Olay of Barangay Anjawan, Dueñas, Iloilo accidentally bumped into him./PN
