ILOILO City – The car he was driving crashed against the road’s center island in Barangay Dungon B, Jaro district.
The 64-year-old Rigor Labzi Barangay Poblacion, Zarraga, Iloilo suffered from back pain, a police report showed.
According to the report, the incident happened around 8 a.m. on Saturday.
Labzi was navigating the road when a motorcycle suddenly overtook his vehicle. He avoided hitting the motorcycle, which resulted in the crash.
