ILOILO City – A 36-year-old man was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Taft North, Mandurriao district.
Fermin John Colorado, a resident of Barangay Amirang, Cabatuan, Iloilo, worked as a car wash boy.
Mandurriao Police Station’s Station Drugs Enforcement Team caught the suspect around 3:40 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, after he sold a plastic sachet of suspected shabu for P2,500 to a poseur buyer.
Further recovered were four plastic sachets of illegal drugs stashed in a cigarette case, with a total weight of 0.5 grams and an estimated value of P3,400.
Colorado was detained at the Mandurriao Police Station. He faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
