ROXAS City – The lifeless body of a former overseas Filipino worker was discovered in his house in Sitio Bangbang, Barangay Cagay.
Joebert Ferrer, 45, had been under the influence of alcohol and was believed to have suffered a cardiac arrest. His live-in partner, Rita Mae Almosa, made the grim discovery on Wednesday, Nov. 22.
The family believes that there was no foul play in Ferrer’s death./PN
