Angelica Panganiban responded to a fan’s tweet about hoping to see her reunite with “Exes Baggage” co-star. “Nope. Sorry. Spare me. Si Khang at si Josh lang ang tinuturing kong pamilya. Gusto kong maging mabuting tao. Pero ayokong maging bobo,”
During the presscon for his upcoming major solo concert, Carlo did not shy away from all the questions related to the issue that were thrown at him.
Revealing how he found out about the said tweet, he said: “Um, actually ‘di ko nga alam ‘yan eh. Kagabi, tinanong ako nung boss ko sa taping kung ‘Nakita mo ba ‘yung tweet?’ Anong tweet? ‘Nag tweet si madam eh.’”
According to Aquino, he would rather not comment because he doesn’t want to add fuel to the fire. He also admitted that he has no reason to quash Angelica Panganiban’s emotions as he understands them to be perfectly valid.
“Para sa akin lang kasi kung may apoy naman, di mo naman bubuhusan ng gasul ‘yun para lumaki pa. ‘Wag na natin sigurong pahabain ‘yung emotions niya, valid ‘yun diba? ‘Yun lang ayoko nang pahabain. Tsaka antagal na rin. 6? 7 months? Mga ganon na rin,” he said.
Despite the tweet pointed at him indirectly, the singer-actor said he doesn’t have any hard feelings toward his ex.
“Wala. Bakit ako magagalit?” he stated.
With fans speculating whether or not they have already ironed things out, Carlo also revealed he has apologized to Angelica in person.
“Nag-sorry naman ako. Sincerely, nag-sorry ako sa kanya and hindi ko kailangan mag-sorry in public, dahil napa-plastikan ako pagka ganon. Ilang beses naman kaming nag-usap so I think okay na ‘yun for me,” he stated.
The 33-year-old Kapamilya actor doesn’t want to talk about what happened between them because they have already talked about it several times.
“Ayoko na. Tsaka hindi lang naman kami isang beses nag-usap,” he said.
Meanwhile, the star of the upcoming Kapamilya serye “A Soldier’s Heart,” also said that he is not closing his doors on the possibility of working with Angelica again in the future.
“Oo, ilang beses ko sinabi rin sa inyo na malaking bagay siya kung bakit ako nandito ngayon so very thankful ako everyday sa kanya,” he said.
Meanwhile, Carlo Aquino is set to hold his upcoming major solo concert “Liwanag” at the Music Museum on August 31. (Push)
