KALIBO, Aklan – A man accused of rape was arrested in Barangay Caticlan, Malay, Aklan, a police report showed.
Officers from the Malay municipal police station caught Niño Dalmacio Bonson around 5:40 a.m. on Thursday.
Bonson was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to Criminal Case No. 14453 that he faces.
Bonson was detained in the lockup cell of the Malay municipal police station.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
